    Casa cipriani is a gem! The location by the river was perfect for our evening strolls. We loved the really good service at the restaurant. The standout massage from the spa was so relaxing, and it was just what we needed after a busy day. My daughter felt so special when room service surprised her with assorted jams.

    We loved hanging out at The Club, and the rooftop bar had fine views of the Statue of Liberty. The breakfast was also delicious, especially with that beautiful NYC backdrop. One thing to note is the ferry and heliport noise, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

    A heads-up from the hotel would be nice.

    The river view room was fine with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of Governors Island. The bathroom had luxurious toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. A nice shower. The spa was well-equipped with a steam room and offered amazing massages, like the full body one that hit the spot after a long day. Dining had great service and the food was beautifully presented.

    The view from the dining room is truly beautiful, and the restaurant staff is delightful. the outdoor terrace has a great atmosphere and a stunning view. Although the room was small, the spa was a luxurious escape, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection.

    The reception staff left much to be desired, as they were impolite and unhelpful throughout the stay.

    We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean facilities, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. Transportation was easily accessible, and parking was also available.

    Worst aspects? It was all superb.

    the restaurant staff was very polite and accommodating. the hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was close to several key attractions.

    The food in the dining room was delicious and the presentation exceeded my expectations. the rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was a highlight of my stay. The hotel's location was also great for exploring the city and easily accessing popular tourist attractions.

    The hotel room was smaller than I anticipated and did not meet my expectations for the price. The spa services were also unreasonably expensive, so I decided not to use them.
